Orel® series of filaments are made from special polymer-based on Poly Butylene Terephthalate using proprietary additives hence they are known for their “Stiffness Properties & Flexibility”. Using Orel® filaments on proportion gives adequate stiffness to the brushes on scientifically developed brush formulations. Brushes with proper stiffness property ensure “Smooth painting experience” with less effort and “Good paint pick-up”.
Each of the Orel® Paintbrush Filaments is “Mechanically Tapered” from the Butt to tip hence the “Uniform Paint flow” is maintained during the painting process that helps in “Uniform Painting”. These filaments are made with special surface finish hence “Cleaning the brush” is easier after the Painting Process.
Orel®T refers to Tetralocular Filaments, which means, 3 scientifically designed holes inside the filaments to reduce the weight of the brushes and to improve paint pick-up through “Micro Bristling”. These filaments are suitable for mixing with “Chemically tipped filaments”.
Orel®R refers to Solid Round filaments, they are made from special polymers, that can be tipped & flagged with special machines that ensure “Superior painting performance” especially with enamel paints. Suitable for mixing with“professional brush formulations” . .
Mixed Filaments: Generally these filaments are used independently are in combination with other DuPont Filaments Viz. Tynex®, Orel®, Kulex®based on the “Viscosity of the Paint”, “Painting Practice” and “Painting Surface” apart from economic considerations. Formulation is the key for the “Most successful professional Paintbrushes” of the world.
